TREE TOMATO
Ingredients
1 Cup Tree Tomato Pulp
2 Egg White Units Beaten until stiff
1 Cup Evaporated Milk La Lechera ® Batida
1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin Powder Dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
1/2 Cup La Lechera ® Condensed Milk
Instructions
In a bowl mix with a spatula whipped egg whites and Evaporated Milk
LA LECHERA® together with tree tomato pulp in a
surround.
Similarly, add LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk and gelatin
previously dissolved in water. Place in a mold and refrigerate 2 hours
before serving.
